Heather has been working in the insurance industry for two decades and brings a wide range of knowledge to Laginess. She graduated with High Distinction and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan – Dearborn in 1997. Following that, Heather earned a Juris Doctor degree in 2001 from Wayne State University’s Law School and became a member of the State Bar of Michigan. She is also a licensed Property & Casualty and Life Insurance agent in the state of Michigan, and earned the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). Heather’s speciality is helping her clients with business and life insurance needs.
Anita is a licensed insurance agent and a graduate in economics from the University of Michigan – Dearborn, has been working in the insurance business for more than 30 years. In addition to her degree, she earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. Anita helps our customers with their personal insurance needs. When she’s not busy at work, you can find her playing euchre with her friends or exercising at the local recreational center. She has been happily married to her husband, Bob, for the last 25 years and the pair have two sons, Matt and Paul.
Terry started his insurance career after graduating from Wayne State University in 1968. Following a tour of duty in the army, he worked as a claims adjuster, underwriter, and marketing representative prior to becoming an independent agent in 1976. He founded Laginess Insurance Agency Inc. in 1990 and has been serving customers in Michigan since for all their business and personal insurance needs. Terry has been a CIC since 1992 and believes in excellence in education and customer service.
